@Anonymous Add the Buyer to your Blocked list and then check the box to block ALL communication from members on your Blocked list ... that should take care of it.

I did but think he may have more than one account though

If the OP has replied to a message from another member, it's too late to block communication. If a two-way conversation has been started, blocking the other member will not stop him/her from continuing to be able to message the OP.
@Anonymous
I would follow mr_lincoln's advice to add the member id to your blocked buyer list, including blocking communication; however, the member will still be able to contact you for a period of time. You're going to have to just ignore and delete his/her messages--and stop responding, BTW.

Not allowed to post that information here, but I'd advise against it and add the buyer to your BBL.

Google Translate.
Write your message in English, being very careful of correct spelling and grammar. Do not use any slang terms or textspeak.
Cut and paste the English message into Google Translate.
Cut and paste the Russian message that appears into your eBay Message.
You can Block specific countries in your Sell Your Item form. Near the end there is a section called Exclusions. Russia appears in both the Europe and the Asia sections.
When you do this your listing will not be visible to anyone whose account is registered in Russia, nor, I believe to anyone whose registration address is in Russia.
You can Block entire continents this way.
