Shipping to Israel

We have a potential buyer for our product in Israel.  But when the buyer goes to check out, Israel is not listed as an e-Bay destination country.  Anyone familiar with this issue?

That would make sense.  We have sold to Israel in the past, but it's been a while, and I don't know how much they paid then.
