Any other Canadian sellers having problems with border holdups.I have received 3 late shipment notices from buyers because of this.I always ship the day the item is paid for so I do my part

can you explain more about the border holdups? i'm a us seller and i have an order out to canada that has been rerouted to a different country for some strange reason unbenownst to me. my buyer is getting worried and frustrated. i thought it was just misplaced but i'm beginning to wonder if the border holdups u mention might have any reason into this

The border holdups the OP is refering to are on the US side. On the other hand your issue sounds like it has nothing to do with border issues but rather a mistake by USPS that sent it to the wrong country.

I have 5 defects for the same reason, one buyer even said it was held up at Customs and not my fault but still ansqwered the question no.

Ebay says pound sand as not one of the reasons a defect can be removed.

everything should be okay for you But these are the wait times that shipping cross border take.When your buyer now gets his item he will be asked if his item was delivered by a certain day.He will click no and you will receive a strike.If you get enough of them your selling fees go up and it is no fault of yours.This needs to change because wait times at the borders have changed
