Shipping problem, lost items

I have been shipping through EBAY and the postal system for many years without any lost items. Some delayed but never any lost. Just this last month since the change to the ground saver system I have 2 items hopelessly lost in one month. The Post Office is no help and EBAY is impossible to get anything done due tom the complicated proceedures so it looks like I have just lost several hundred dollars worth of merchandise with no hope of a refund from the PO or EBAY. I have switched over to UPS now and sent the customers replacement items at greater expense.  EBAY wants the buyer to do all the work to get things resolved but it is NOT their problem, it is mine and EBAYs but just try to talk to a human at either business, LOL! We need a phone number to talk to an English speaking HUMAN to resolve odd problems!

Shipping problem, lost items

There has been more weather related delays in the past 2 months than there is normally in an entire year.

 

eBay is not involved in the shipping business, it has nothing to do with "complicated procedures".
