Have they made changes to the posting Processes? Suddenly I do not see the option to select the shipping service or the box to check if I want to offer free shipping. Is it just me or are they fixing something that was not broken? (LOL) please help

I have just asked almost the same question. When I list an item or when I go in to one of my already existing listings I cannot see the shipping estimate. Now my listings have a 'payment policy' and a 'shipping policy'. These sections were never there before. It still lets me enter the weight and measurements of my item but I can no longer see what the estimated shipping cost that would be shown to anyone that looks at my listing.
If I go in to one of my own listings (as a 'buyer') I can see it but cannot see it if I list a new item or if I go in to revise one of my listings.

@preluvdstuff @gransclutter Your account was opted in to using business policies.
Manage and edit your business policies, or opt out of policies and go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.
Business policies help me keep my sanity. Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.
After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.
It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

YOU ARE WONDERFUL! It worked. You have no idea how many articles I have read and how many times I went in to the "Business Policies" and never saw the "Opt Out" option. I have literally spent hours on this lol. I cannot thank you enough!!!
