Since yesterday. I have not been able to create, edit or view any shipping policy. All browsers have their equivalent of Mozilla's "Can't open this page".
I called eBay support but they couldn't solve it over the phone and asked me to send screenshots. Funnily enough, the contact us form won't load all the same. (And besides, I cannot attach pictures there).
This is proving to be very frustrating as I have to list. Is anyone else facing the same issue?
PS: I have certainly tried different browsers, clearing caches and cookies, and using different PCs. Moreover, I tried it from a friends' house and the problem persists. This must be bigger than just my browser for sure then.
Has anyone been experiencing this? What can I do? I will call eBay again during their hours.
