Shipping options

I am fairly new to selling on ebay.  For whatever reason when I do a new listing ebay is only giving me one shipping option, USPS Priority, no ground advantage option.  Is there possibly some setting turned on I don't know about?  The priority shipping seems to be very high.  Help appreciated.

You should be able to "Add Service" on the listing. On the desktop, click the three dots in the "Buyers Pay" box to delete add or modify service. (In the DOMESTIC SHIPPING options)

You can change it.  Look at the pic below.  I circled the Icon to click on for more options in the area on the listing form.
