Shipping only to certain countries?

If I live in australia but only want to deliver to US and Canada or something like that, how would i go about this? do i just offer worldwide and write it in the description?

No that will not work.

You have to make specific selections AND exclusions

PLUS

You must ensure that in your Buyer Requirements settings that you select "block buyers in countries I don't ship to".

My ebay....selling......account......site preferences.......shipping preferences (click show)......exclude shipping locations from your listings (click edit).......a menu box will show which allows you to exclude areas/countries.......if desired check box apply to active listings.....and finally click apply at the bottom.

Go to Buyer Requirements and check ...block buyers in locations I don't ship to

And do realize many foreign bidders will use a reshipping forwarding service address in your country to circumvent those blocks.

Are you going to be listing on .com or the .au site?  If on .com you have to treat shipping to the US as domestic shipping. For shipping choices you would have to use a flat rate charge as you can’t use calculated shipping from Australia on the US site.  For choice of services you would use one of the “shipping from outside of the US” options.  Any other countries that you ship to would go under international shipping so if you were shipping to Canada, you would check off Canada for international shipping. 

As as someone else mentioned it is important to go to my eBay ~ account~ site preferences ~  buyers requirements and check off"block buyers in countries I don't ship to".  As long as you do that only buyers with addresses in countries that you ship to will be able buy from you.   Then it’s not necessary to exclude a bunch of countries that you don’t ship to.
