Shipping label printing incorrectly

My shipping label does not display right and it printed a giant bar code and nothing else.  No problem previously.  Something wrong at eBay?

So very sorry for your printing, ~ I hope you go through the system and and void that label, and reprint, so you will get your money back. Have you tried to print anything else out, try printing out something else. Wishing you luck, and stay safe and healthy. 

my labels are printing fine, no glitch here. * make sure you void that label for a refund. Have a Beautiful and Healthy Safe Weekend.

That sounds like a problem with your printer driver.
