Shipping label charges changed from account balance to PayPal

The cost of shipping labels used to be deducted from my eBay account balance.   I do payouts once a week, so almost always have enough in my balance to cover the label costs. 

Starting Aug 2 I just noticed shipping label charges are coming out of my PayPal account. I made no changes on my end.  I am wondering if anyone knows why and how do I get it changed back?

The next time you go to print a label, scroll to the bottom where the funding source is shown.  There are boxes there to pick from.  I've heard others say that gets changed sometimes without them actually doing it themselves.

I wonder where payment for labels would come from if that happened to me. I think it would be difficult since don’t have a PayPal account. I closed it down when we went to Managed Payments.
