Fully agree with @rosszonebricks , the EIS program is amazing, and super simple. You just ship to a hub here in the US, and once they've taken possession of the item, you have no more responsibility at all. You still sometimes have to field questions, of course, but then you can just direct them to open a case, and eBay will handle it instead of you.
