Happy Holidays to all! How does the shipping work for a pair of sneakers that go through the authenticity process? I've read on other posts that I charge a flat fee of 14.95, but then does the buyer get them shipped for free from the authenticator? Just trying to figure out how the numbers play out.
Thanks.

You send the shoes to the authenticator and your part is done. They either ship the shoes to the end buyer, if the shoes are thumbs-up and pass, or they ship them back to you, if the shoes fail authentication for any reason.

Correct. Your obligation is only to get the shoes to the authenticator. I sent a pair of shoes in that I described as a men's US size XX based on the EU size on the shoe, which were actually women's US size XX. The authentication failed and they sent the shoes back to me. Pretty sure that I didn't get charged return shipping, even. It's basically equivalent to the global shipping program...no matter the ultimate destination of the item, you just have to get it to Kentucky.

*Unless they've changed the authentication program in the last several months, I need to add. I should probably go look at that, because I just picked up some $1100 Italian sneakers at the local Goodwill for $8 that I need to list and I don't like surprises.
