Shipping fees not showing on invoice?

I am looking at my invoices from eBay. I notice how much the insertion fees and the final value fees for my sold items are, but I don't see how much eBay charged me for shipping fees (not actual shipping, but what eBay collects for itself). Shouldn't that also be shown on the invoice?

eBay doesn't "take out from the shipping cost." They charge a final value fee on the buyer's total payment, which is charged in two increments.  In the end, there's only the total final value fee.  It all just gets added together anyway  into your "fees" expense on your Schedule C.
