Shipping damaged and with lost items.

Hello, I hope you can guide me, I sold a 3-piece blender and my buyer received a damaged box, the blender was dirty and battered and with only 2 items, what can I do in these cases? The ERVI company does not give me any answer, and I cannot help the buyer since it was a unique piece.
please help !

While some things are the same, you have posted this question on the USA board, so not sure what ERVI company is? Some things are the same across the different countries RE the Money Back, others may be different so you might try asking on your home board in the UK.

Has the buyer opened any type of return? 

Unless the blender was sold on a different account, not seeing anything sold on this account in the past 90 days.

You have to give your buyer a full refund.  You can request it be returned to you first but, YOU will have to pay it's return shipping if you want it back.  Might not be worth it.   It's not up to the buyer to deal with this problem.  You need to take care of it before eBay does.
