If I could see your items, perhaps I could help you.

@juabonill59 Are you based outside the US but are trying to list an item while logged in to the US site? If so then you have to log in to the eBay domain that you registered your account in OUTSIDE the US and set up International shipping to sell here in the US ... is THAT what is happening?

You cannot use Calculated Shipping AT ALL.
Use only Flat Rate with Generic shipping services (economy, standard, expedited, express etc.).
There should be a choice for "from outside the USA" (unless you are actually shipping FROM the USA).
Also check to make sure your Item Location is set correctly.
Also, if you are using the Quick Listing tool try changing to the Advanced Tool (perhaps now called the Business Listing Tool). It may give you more options that are intended for non-US sellers listing on .com.

That’s not how it works. If they are listing on .com than the shipping is set up on this site and as the other poster mentioned they have to use flat rate shipping. For shipping to the US they still use the domestic section but use one of the generic ‘shipping from outside of the US.’ For all other countries, including their own country, shipping goes under the international shipping section.
