Is there a tool or method to import complete listings from another account?

I want to shift some listings from one account to another efficiently without having to complete a listing form for each one. Is this possible?

empty space in boxes

would resizing my boxes make a difference in the cost of a label? Say i have a lot of empty space and I get rid of it, but the weight is the same, will the price decrease? thanks.
