Why was I charged for shipping charges when the buyer was also charged for shipping charges?

explain? The buyer pays shipping and when you ship it is deducted from your funds

You weren't charged. The buyer paid you for shipping and you used the money the buyer paid for shipping to purchase the label.

It's always been when buyer pays you to ship you use that money to buy a shipping label.

You use that money to pay the carrier to deliver it.
