123I've given a reply to the order and the tracking number collection has already been shipped. "Shipped and awaiting your feedback" But this shows why

I have given feedback to the buyer who placed the order and it has already been shipped with the tracking number.

So even though I've given the feedback and entered the tracking number and shipped, why does the order box show up in Shipped and awaiting your feedback?

How soon after leaving feedback did you look at the order status list?  Changes take time to propagate thru the various eBay systems and update the records that display those counts.  I highly doubt those number are calculated in real-time every time you refresh the screen - the processor load given the number of members active at any given time would be enormous.  Better to offload the calculations to a secondary process that updates a status record used for the screen.

You can also click the count value and a page will open to show you the orders being counted.  It's one of the Orders screens you can display from within the Seller Hub > Orders page.

Ebay does maintenance on Thurs.  nite (US time)......so some things can be "messed up"..........also I've observed that some times that feedback number is not immediately updated.........see if it doesn't  correct by Fri.....
