For some reason I'm no longer able to choose shipcover insurance. When I do my labels won't print. Says there's an error. Anyone know why this might be?

I don't use shipcover personally, but I do know there is a problem with printing FedEx Ground labels on eBay right now. I wonder if it is part of the same bug?

@koiyacreations I never used that, I use USPS's insurance ... we've processed 2 Insurance claims with them and no issues, got paid quickly ...

Does shipcover insurance work with FedEx shipping? If so, how do we go about using it? Is there a website that sellers can go to use it with FedEx? Thanks for your help.

ShipCover is not currently available for FedEx labels. Please feel free to visit our main website at www.pipinsure.com for FedEx coverage options.

I haven't been able to get a USPS claim for the past 6 months. They require that the customer take the package to the post office for inspection and that NEVER happens. Lol.

Also had a buyer requested to bring the broken item in for inspection. Of course it was denied, and they brought it in. Appeal process is a joke.
