Did you mean:

Ship to the wrong customer.

I accidently put the wrong labels on the wrong package. How can I send the customer a shipping label to go to correct customer?

Re: Ship to the wrong customer.

When the buyers get the items they'll have to open up a wrong item sent request ,then Ebay will provide the labels at your cost

Buy a label from an alternate source, USPS Click'n ship, PirateShip, PayPal etc

Re: Ship to the wrong customer.

Don't ask your customers to fix your mistake.

Pay to have the items returned to you, then you ship to the correct buyers.

Have a great day.

I have never heard of that. I have made the mistake a few times in the past and handled it various ways depending on the customer, had no idea that was an option.

Re: Ship to the wrong customer.

Same as an INAD except they would choose wrong item sent.

Re: Ship to the wrong customer.

My opinion.

I will try and get a "feel" from the customer to see if they are willing to help you.

Some customers are very helpful and others don't want to be bothered.

Good luck!
