No.....6pm PST is when it ends. That means anyone on EST has until 9pm EST to use it. It’s not odd hours for east coasters, but it is for people in Hawaii 🙂

Don't think so... The link quoted above (or here) explains that it's a keyword discount, not an offer that you need to opt-in for. Just plug in "PICKSOON" in the checkout discount field and that should work for you... today only... once... before 6:00p.m. Pacific time... if you're left-handed... boxers, not briefs...

Yup, just saying that a poster in the middle of the USA got their mail notice about 10:30, but no notice here until 11:32, and that was on 1 account. Another account, not until 12:19. (my emails are set to update often) 3rd account. no notice at all. Also as of the time to other poster said they had mail notice the banner was still not passing by on my accounts.

At this time (nearly 3 hours after it launched) I have no messags in any of my accounts alerting me to this coupon.  Wife's account has no message alerting to this coupon.

I knew that it was coming, so not a big deal, but if I was not seeing it in my ebay at that time, millions of others were not seeing it either.

I'm not buying anything anyway, but as a seller it it important to me that all buyers get a notice. Seems it would be in eBays best interest that everyone knows.

Just another case of the "left hand does not know what the right hand is doing". If the message can be generated for some, there is no reason for everyone not to get it. 

Many will not know it existed until long after their purchases.

I got the email at 7:30am. PST. 

I don’t see how not getting the email could be a case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing. There are multiple factors out of ebays control that could be the reason some don’t get the email-it could be that they don’t check their junk folder or they’ve turned off receiving emails from eBay.

Hey, Jen...I NEVER get the freebie/deals/whatever in my messages until one day late and I live in the Eastern Time lolol. AND I never go to the eBay Main Page if I can help it. Hope you are well! Glued to the TV since 10 am my time.
