Set up your automatic payment method why do you haunt me?

Ok why does this "Set up your automatic payment method " keep haunting me in Seller Hub Under Tasks?

 

I have set up Automatic Payments 5 times now and this notice keeps coming back

Now it is just annoying autopaymentsnightmare.PNG

Do you have to use MP?  I prefer having my payments from buyers sent to paypal.  I have been in MP for 3 weeks and yet I only see one deposit to my bank account - there should be at least 4 more - Is this delay normal?

Yes, we have to use MP now. My usual delay is 4 business days between the buyer's payment and my bank deposit.

Yes have to be in MP or cannot sell 

 

It does take a couple of days for the processing to complete on a sale then for eBay to send deposit to bank account and that can take another few days, although I usually see mine the next business day after payment sent to my bank.

I had mine set up with PayPal way before when I started to sell so after being moved to MP it was already set up. Perhaps before the registration is started  seller may want to have the auto payment for their monthly invoice in place, but if is failing for new MP sellers I bet it will fail right now for all sellers.

For account specific Payments support please request contact from a payments-trained teammate by accessing any of the Help Pages related to payments and using the 'Have us call you' feature at the bottom of the page
