Set up a multiple variation listing

I am trying to sell several storage bags which come in different sizes.  I realize it has to be a fixed price.  Where do I find the multiple variation button?  I'm in the US.  Do I need to have an Ebay store to do this?

No, you don't need to have a Store subscription.  But you might need to use a real computer rather than a phone.

If you set up a fixed price listing in an eligible category but you don't see the Variations option on the listing form, you might need to activate it; click on the 3 dots at the upper-right corner of the form.

Thanks.  I'm using my computer, not my phone.  Also, the items I wish to sell are in the Home & Garden category which, from what I've read, allows for variations.  I have an option for Auction (turned off) and Buy It Now.  No Fixed Price and no 3 dots appear.  Have I missed something?

I have read all the articles and chatted with the bots who keep sending me more articles.  Getting nowhere.  I have a sellers account.  Do I need to do something to register with Sellers Hub?  Do I have an outdated version of Ebay?  I have followed all the instructions but never get the Variations option. The process I follows is:

1.  Through Sellers Hub create single listing

2.  Add title and category, description and detail

3.  Pricing.  Buy it Now, turn off Auction button.

Never get a Variations option.

So frustrating!!!!

If you're on the simplified listing page, you probably have to switch to the business/advanced tool on the top right.

Also - what specific category are you using? Home & Garden is general and a lot of it does not qualify for variations.

GENERAL INFO:

First thing: variations are not supported on the app. Make sure you're using the website. Variations are not supported for auction format listings; make sure you're using fixed price.

By default the variation setting is hidden on the listing form. Once you unhide the setting it will stick for future listings.

On the top right of the page click the settings menu (3 vertical dots) and toggle the variations slider if it's not already on.

Make sure you're working off a new listing, not a relist or sell similar from a listing without variations.

Beyond that it comes down to category; not every category supports variations.

If the category supports variations you'll find them in a non-intuitive, awkward placement on the listing form - below item specifics instead of above them. Make sure you set up variations before you fill out any of the item specifics.

it sounds like the category does not allow it....
