I don't have a printer and I can only use USPS and I sell coins. Is anyone in this position and has actually done this? Is it reliable using Ebay's tracking? How can I get it printed without my own printer? Do I need to buy one?

Yes, buy one. I have been using Ebay shipping for years, no problems. You can probably find a good printer at the Good will or local thrift store. My husband found a practically brand new Epson for $4.00.

In my opinion if you sell on ebay you need a printer.

I would recommend a Zebra thermal printer for labels, there are others but I really like the Zebra, can get a used one for $75 or so.
