Sending offers

I have sent an offer to 1 watcher but now I have 2 watchers but I can't find a way to send the new watcher an offer. Ebay usually asks me if I want to send an offer but they are not this time. Wondering why I can not find out who this is and send them an offer. Very frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you send your first offer, you also have the option to turn on "Automatically send offers" (Your offer will be automatically sent to future interested buyers) under Offer Settings, but this means anyone who puts it on their Watch List will get the same offer, whether you want to send one or not.

Your second watcher will become eligible for an offer when the first one you sent expires.  Shortly after the first one expires, you should get a "send offer" from eBay for your newest watcher.

@titanfan85,

There are many buyers who opt out of the ability to receive offers.

Why are you frustrated? It is the buyers preference. Just lower your price.

Hi @titanfan85

The default time value when using the Send offers eligible function on your Active list is 48 hours.  You can see the remaining time if you click the "Send offers - sent" button above your Active list through Seller Hub.  To see the time remaining (screen shot below) click on the "Review offers sent" link over on the left of each item on the sent offers list ... the time value is displayed at the bottom (green arrow).

It is NOT necessarily true that you will be able to send an offer even 48 hours later.   There are a number of criteria that eBay uses in determining if an offer can be sent.   One of the most important ones being what @theteamsetguy  indicated, which is that the buyer must be willing to receive offers.  Many buyers have opted out of this.  There are other criteria as well.

You can send an offer when it appears on your Send Offers-Eligible list.

I'm not sure what you mean by "find out who this is", but sending offers is all anonymous, you will not be able to find out who it is.
