Hi @trayscoins. Invoices should not be sent unless you need to make a price adjustment or combine shipping for a buyer. For a regular sale, eBay sends tons of payment reminders to the buyer so there's no need to duplicate that action.
If you need to send an invoice so you can combine shipping, follow the step-by-step instructions on this page.
If you run into any non-payers, this page has info on how to deal with that.

Well generally there is no need for you to actually send an invoice. When someone buys something they are presented with a payment screen. If they pay at that time then no invoice is needed as it is paid sale and an invoice, which is essentially a request for payment, would be superfluous. If somehow the order slips through without being paid then you will see the sale on your "sold" page with a link to the left that says "send invoice". Click that and follow the prompts.
If on the other hand the buyer wants something to prove payment (a bill of sale) they can print that right from their own "bought" page.
Hope this answers your question.

Any invoice sent would be electronic - no printer needed. E-Bay "auto" sends buyers a payment recap/reminder.
You need to set up your Buyer payment parameters so that if they do not pay, e-Bay can auto-cancel after the 4th day, should you so desire.
Welcome to Selling!

"Im a new coindealer" Feedback 99.1% with 144 feedback as a seller.
Sure you are. "New" is a specific word implying a short amount of time. You have listed coins here for what appears to be almost a year. Your four negative feedbacks along with the one neutral feedback tells a very interesting story.
I guess you learned how to list better after pulling out of four sales detailed in those negative feedbacks.
Computer illiterate? Doubtful but if you "just" got your printer hooked up I wish you luck.
