Sending an invoice

My customers need an (VAT) invoice, ideally I'd like to send by default.

I only see the send invoice option when reminding someone to pay for an auction, but when they have paid or used buy it now I dont have it.

I have an option to view and print the invoice, but I want to send it not print it.
Is this possible? If not how do people solve this?

Print the invoice to a PDF file and then send the PDF to the buyer.

If you have trouble sending the pdf via eBay then covert it to a jpg or ask the buyer for their actual (real) email address (eBay legal when you have a  completed and paid for transaction).

I send invoices all the time for combined auctions

you cant send them after a buyer has paid

you can send them before a buyer has paid but I dont know about the VAT

I just send plain old invoices
