Sending Updated Invoice

The buyer has already paid for the item but changed their address afterward and is requesting an updated invoice. I went to the item, more actions, and there was nothing about invoices anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

You can’t update an invoice after the buyer has already paid.
You also can’t ship to an address different from the order details, doing so you would lose what little seller protection eBay provides.

The only thing you can do now is cancel citing problem with buyers address and have your buyer repurchase with the correct address.

The buyer will have to update the address through ebay. Or this may be a scam. Never send item to address other than what is registered with ebay.

First, make sure the ID that is requesting the address change is the same one that paid for the item.  If it is not, report the message by using the dropdown on the message itself under 'Action" and ignore. 

The time for a buyer to 'change' the address is before they pay.  If you have not shipped this yet, you can cancel with problem with the buyer's address, and have them repurchase as suggested.
