Send offer

When I go to send an offer now, it only has a percentage off for me to offer. I normally send a set price offer, why is that happening now?

Me too. I usually make my offers to buyers right when I wake up via my phone and today I only had the option of doing a percentage which I don't like so did not make the offers.  I then logged on to my computer and it had the option of doing it by price. Another frustrating change by Ebay to the detriment of Sellers.

Apparently it's a current acknowledged bug on the app with no date of a fix.

The new offer process is horrendous. We have stopped making offers on any of our listings, frustrating as this was a significant source of sales for us.

I don't eBay on a phone, but I read on another thread that somewhere there on the app, there is a spot that shows both %age and $ amount for offers.
