Send an invoice option gone?!

Just had a buyer buy several of my auctions, when this happened before I’d simply send an invoice to combine the orders and reduce the postage down. Today that option is missing in my eBay and I can’t see any where else it could have been moved. Anyone else having this problem, any other suggestions to achieve what I want to? Thanks.

I noticed that last week, buyer request a invoice but didn't seem to work, so I went to orders and I could click their items but "send invoice" was gone. I don't get many requests since I have combine shipping rule set up. I just chalked it up to a weekly glitch and couldn't report it because the buyer paid before I could.

That’s the exact problem I’m having now, so weird, never had this issue before and been selling since 2008 😅 Hopefully they sort it out and need to get these orders fulfilled 😩
