Send Offer ptoblem

I have few items for sale

I have few watchers on each item

I tried to send offers in every listing and whenever I use send offer option I get message from ebay 1 offer sent regardless how many watchers I have

Previously offers not sent for that item bit still only 1 offer sent

Can someone explain

Why ebay is not sending offers to all watchers

I might be better contacting ebay as it might be glitch on their system

When you send an offer, that offer has a 96 hour life.  So there is no need to send the buyer another one which is why Ebay is blocking you from doing so.

I might suggest that you do this from your Seller Hub where you can do this very easily.

Offers will only be sent to recent interested buyers @ardi1998 .

There are numerous factors that will prevent buyers from receiving offers including, but not limited to:

- buyer turned off offers in their communication preferences

- watcher is old and not recent

- buyer already received an offer on the item

- buyer is blocked by your settings or on your blocked list

and the list goes on.

I disagree as this is happening with every single listing I have

I tried over 20 listings only and only 1 offer sent with every each of them

Something to do with settings or ebay bugged app

it is not a "glitch". Not every watcher on a listing qualifies for an offer. For obvious reasons, there are strict rules about how many spam messages ("unsolicited messages of a commercial nature")  you are permitted to send to anonymous buyers.
