Send Offer button doesn't work! Help

5 Years using my iMac with no issues with Ebay and now all of the sudden I can't send offers and my active search listing doesn't work. Talked to Apple with no luck. Any ideas?

Why do you think the problem is from your iMac?

Because my Iphone and Wifes Dell Laptop works fine with the issues I'm having.

I see. Sorry I'm not a Mac guy, PC all the way. But when you said you talked to Apple, was it on the phone or in person? With my limited Apple knowledge, have you tried taking your iMac to the Apple store and talked to those "genius guys" to walk you/them through the issues and fixes? Does Apple still give customer service like that?

I am having the same challenge and I use a MacBook pro.  I chatted with Ebay to no avail and had them turn in a tech ticket.  I had this challenge last year with sending an offer through a reply in a message and some how it mysteriously corrected itself.  For me the entire send offer tab is not responding no matter what I press.  I was hoping that when they did their site update last night it would be corrected, but it did not happen...sigh:(

Try another browser, at least as a test of what's happening.  If you're using Safari on your Mac, try Firefox or Chrome, for instance.  Most issues like this are browser-specific, and even if you don't want to switch permanently, it could be both a temporary workaround and important information to include if you contact eBay's customer service about it.

My older PC and browsers have been slowly losing access to several functions as ebay makes changes.

I had to switch to Firefox for ebay work, just to get access to most of ebay functions.

Today, I also can't get the "send offer" button to work, nor does the bulk "sell similar" work.

Today, I can't change the "manage active listings" from newest to oldest.

Lord knows what else they will do yo me!

Thankfully, my IPhone can still do some of those functions.  I also run to the library for bulk "sell similars".

I just ordered a new PC today - just because ebay changes were putting me out of business.

I think this is a glitch issue. I can’t send an offer today too on watchers. It was working fine until today. It’s got to be one of eBay’s famous glitches......of course that they do not say anything until we say something. So annoying!
