I will!
You're registered (brand new member ID since April 18) in the United States so why would you open a new account registered in Nigeria?!
Where are you located?
Your registration has to be honest and you cannot be registered in 2 different countries on 2 different continents.

Are you wanting to ship sell and ship items to the US or are you planning on dropshipping from sites like Amazon or Aliexpress, which is not allowed?

In order to get paid you need to be registered in the country you LIVE IN and also be signed up for Payoneer.
If you have not signed up for Payoneer, it takes several weeks to get approved.
It is against eBay rules to sign up in a country you DO NOT live in so would suggest debleating any accounts that are not correct. You can still list and sell on the USA eBay.com page .
Drop shipping is allowed but you MUST OWN the goods you are selling. Selling goods you do not own and are shipped from, for example, the USA or China, will get your account ended real fast and not getting any money from the sales.

Here are 3 weblinks below (to open file RIGHT CLICK on BLUE address and select OPEN NEW TAB). Home : eBay (includes EBAY academy that teaches how to use EBAY) and Start selling on eBay | eBay (where you register as a seller) and Selling fees | eBay
I did want to mention that EBAY has some policies that could end up taking "money out of your pocket".
EBAY 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (supersedes "no returns") allows customer to lie and claim "not as described, counterfeit, defective" (you will be forced to refund "purchase price + shipping BOTH ways). If you don't want to pay "return shipping" you can give the customer an immediate refund and allow them to keep the item.
If item get lost or damaged during shipping (you will be forced to refund "purchase price + shipping).
If item is delayed in shipment and customer opens "did not receive item" claim (you will be forced to refund "purchase price + shipping). If package is delivered "after you gave customer a refund" EBAY does NOT have a way for you to get paid. Customer gets the item for free.
Also, you should familiarize yourself with EBAY selling fees. Listing fees (for every month item each item is listed). Selling fees (charged on total amount "purchase price + shipping + tax) plus 40 cents handling charge. International fees 1.5% percent (charged on total amount "purchase price + shipping + tax") when your customer is located in another country or has an international account.
