I am now a below standard seller due to two cancellations I had to make within a one year period. I have created more listings and they aren't being seen by potential buyers. My items were getting views before this. Can anyone explain to me why my items are not being seen and what can I do to correct this. I called EBAY and I really didn't get a good answer. I asked that the one cancellation be removed, the item for broken by my kid....it was obviously an accident. Putting that in the past, I am still confused as to why my items aren't getting views.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thank you!

How do you know your items arent being seen, no watchers? You re listing a lot of Halloween items, even some Xmas items..I wouldnt expect this would be a good time for those.

@oldcountrycupboardI could see 37 listings. Did you list more than 37 listings? If you mean when you look at your Seller Hub - the columns that show views and watchers was updated. It now shows the views for a 30-day period instead of the former total that showed how many views since it was listed. I saw that 1 of your items has 6 watchers.
My sales have dropped dramatically in the last 2 months. It's just the nature of our business.

Ebay has always been cyclical.

You should not be below standard for two cancellations. It should take 4 defects for your transaction defect rate to put you below standard.
Are you sure you do not have any cases closed without seller resolution? That only requires 2 defects to put you below standard.
What does your seller dashboard say is the reason you are below standard?
That aside ...
I typed "beach bin set" into eBay search and your item came up. So you items ARE being seen in search.

Why did you have to cancel the transactions, one was for a broken item, what was the other for? In the case of the broken item you could have contacted the buyer and told them the item had been broken and asked them if they wanted to cancel the purchase. You only get transaction defects if you cancel because the item was out of stock. Given your sales volume the transaction deficits will roll off after a year. Like others have stated I can see your items without any problem. I see two listed items with watchers.

Although you view your son handling and dropping the item as an accident.. ebay does not. You did use the correct reason to cancel as out of stock/ damaged as that was true.
Keep items safe at all times.

eBay states that being Below Standard can affect your visibility and placement, but i see 37 listings for you. It is hard to know exactly how one’s account may be affected, but one possible way to offset low views and sales would be to 1) tweak titles and Item Specifics by adding more keywords. And 2), follow eBay’s Best Practices when listing. 3) optimize your listings for Search engines. SEO could help with organic traffic, which gets more eyes on one’s listings.
