List your item in the bidding system and list the same item in the Buy it Now mode.

What is a "must sell" item?

Didn't you ask about shipping this item in another post?
You do know, do you not, that not every single item listed on eBay will sell?
I don't imagine a $4500 aquarium is going to sell quickly, if at all.

You want them to list it twice?

A $4500 aquarium which is already listed.

If you feel the item isn't going to sell on Ebay, there are other e-commerce sites you can list on and request local pick-up. If it's a "must sell" put a best offer on and state the least you'll take for it. It's a bit pricey for a used aquarium.

List it for $0.99 and free shipping.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that a "must sell" item is something they have to unload because they're moving and can't take it with them.

There is no fast way to sell a $4500 aquarium set-up.
That outfit takes up a lot of space, and the water alone will weigh about a ton (8.34 lbs per gal x 250 gal = 2085 lbs), so floor support can be an issue. A king-sized waterbed weighs less than that, with the waterbed weight spread out over a much larger area.
No matter how or where you try to sell it, this will not be a quick sale.

Sell it at a liquidation price, which is usually about 15-20% below retail. So if it is that fish tank in question, you might want to sell it locally for about $1,100. But since you are listing it as new you can probably ask about half retail at around $2,700. There is little way you can sell it quickly at only 15% below retail unless you were a dealer.
