@mankum2661   This is the US selling board.......and we don't have gst here.........we can't tell where you are, but you might get more information on boards that deal with it.......perhaps the UK board?

Perhaps you can contact ebay.  They may have answers to your issues as most posters here are from the US and don't use gst.

GST? Goods and Services Tax? Do not attempt to collect taxes unless you are registered to remit them.

I didn't know any US state uses that particular term.

You do not need to be registered to collect the American Internet (state) Sales Tax. EBay does that for you and your buyer. 

Most sellers start by selling inexpensive items that they alread have around their home. Books, used clothing, handicrafts.
Don't sell anything you can't afford to lose, and if you have any questions about a buyer or offer, come here and ask.

You seem to be registered in the USA. Where are you located and where will you be shipping from ? (These are not always the same location.)
