You need to register to be a seller. You must register your bank account with Payoneer and then register your account with your country as a business. While waiting to be approved to sell by Ebay, which can take weeks, you should consider attending the Ebay Seller School:

Ebay will send you an email approving your application to sell. Please be patient.
Just a few more things:
Please do not sell coconut related items. They are not good sellers and many other countries prohibit them from being imported.
Do not consider drop shipping plastic junk from China. It's a very risky way to do business and can likely get you suspended. China is notorious for selling counterfeit items, which are illegal to sell on any platform.
Be communicate and attentive to your customers.
Package your items up safely for shipment.
Don't tell your customers they can pay with Payoneer. It is not a form of payment.
