Are you certain you can legally participate in e-commerce from Sri Lanka?  Would really encourage you to research the viability of doing so before you decide to be a "drop shipper".

Drop shipping is a really poor business module - you need to build a business plan with merchandise that you have in your possession - not drop ship from China.  Recipe for disaster.

Please research with your Govt what it takes to register as a Business and be allowed to engage in e-commerce selling from Sri Lanka.

@thenuka2001  Drop shipping is not a get rich quick scheme, do not get started selling trying to drop ship.  Find things locally that you can buy and resell at a profit.  That way YOU have control of the item when it sells and you have to ship it on time.  With drop shipping you do NOT have that control at all.

Serioiusly, research your local suppliers, Sri Lankan products are few and far between here so should find a good market - Chinese knockoffs are a dime a dozen.

Why?  To make the money that should be going to me?  I'm seeing a more than average amount of Sri Lankan users asking Q's over here.

If you're  hoping to sell to the US I think you'll have a hard time.. Every dropshipper is already dropshipping for other sellers on eBay. That's why you find the same items by multiple sellers. Too much competition.

Buyers will buy from a US seller before they would take a chance on a shipment from a seller from Sri Lanka.  They are already mad when they see the item location is in the US but they find out the seller is in China.  I'm afraid  you'll be in the same boat.

Sri Lanka does not have an eBay site so they have to register US, but still show they are located in Sri Lanka.

I wouldn't have a problem buying from a Sri Lankan seller - but not if it was ALSO being drop shipped from China.

Of course, the seller may even have a supplier here that can send from within US, we can't know that as the OP has given no information and I kind of jumped the gun at #7 assuming they would DS from China.
