Selling with the new format. FRUSTRATING at best

This STUPID format is not allowing me to proceed to list the item. It continues to ask for item specifics "fix" without telling me what field is there to be fixed . All fields are filled. And there is no clear reason for this, VERY FRUSTRATING and TIME CONSUMING
Please help !

This happened to me when I started using the new tool. By process of elimination I determined that some fields would show unlimited text but truly had a restriction on characters. I can’t remember which fields and the fields have changed since then. Try shortening your text in fields to test. I hope this works for you.

Understand your frustration with this. I was transitioned to the new listing process only a few days ago. It took me a bit, but I finally am figuring it out. I also was receiving the same errors as you and also could not figure out what was missing. It seems the category you still need to fill out will show up or near the top with multiple items to select. You need to select the appropriate one to be able to move on. I hope that can help guide you, sorry if it's not specific enough. Best of luck to you....

Just an update, I was able to contact a customer service person, and he said that it is a bug. This should not be happening, and they will work it out.

Wish they would at least let us go back to the older format as a choice.

I suggest you to using the old listing tool till ebay fix the new listing format.

Hit reset on your browser.  Then check your mandatory item specifics again (usually the first 3 - 5 on the top).

Yea Right! Ebay said it's what the sellers wanted. As if sellers want more headaches or spend more time listing stuff. They don't care. They just justify their jobs by making changes, NOT improvements.
