Ebay sellers can have more than one selling account. That does not violate any rules, except one cannot open a new account to get around listing limits or other blocks. Doing that is a violation.

eBay has a duplicate listing policy, which you must follow:

But just because it may be technically possible to list the same item twice, your listings must still meet this policy.

You should probably be adding a second category and not creating a second listing. There is also a policy that governs adding a second category to a listing:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/adding-category-listing?id=414...

But both categories must be "fully relevant" to the item. Jjust because it may be technically possible to add a second category, your listings must still meet this policy.
