Selling subscription

Hello, I have used all of my 250 free listing I got from ebay. I have upgrade my account to basic and I can't post any items on ebay at all... ebay has taken the 27 dollars. It's asking me for a limit increase and doesn't expect. My promotion say I have 999+ interest free listing. Any help would be great on using this subscription.

Re: Selling subscription

Just because you have "listings" available does NOT mean you have the selling limit to list more items.

Please read below in "sell"-

All new sellers have limits and getting a store will not change that.

You got a store subscription before your Seller Limits will allow you to use it effectively.

Hopefully it is just month to month store and you can cancel until your Seller Limits are raised. (usually 90 days)

With eBay promo offers for listings it's VERY important to check out the fine print to confirm if you qualify and that you are listing in the correct categories. I've been guilty of that in the past. Very easy mistake to make. (Are you seeing a Zero Insertion Fee Listings promo?)

Your personal monthly selling/listing limit doesn't change because you subscribe to a store or receive a promotion.

Once your personal monthly limit is reached, that's it until next month.

Have a great day.

Re: Selling subscription

@s.b.cards

Each Seller has "Selling Limits", set by e-Bay.

If you go to your Seller Hub, there should be a box labeled "Monthly Limits".  You will have a "quantity" limit and a dollar limit for each Month.  You can ask for an increase, but it does depend on when the last increase was granted and how long you have been selling.

if you have a "Store" Subscription - you will find that info under Seller Hub "Promotional Offers" - it will show how many Free Listings you get, which categories and how many listings are tied to your "Store".  All of these are separate from your "Monthly" Limits established for you as a Seller.

Hope this helps to clarify.  Unfortunately, increasing your Store subscription does not increase your "Monthly" limits to sell.
