Did you mean:

Selling something I don't need to ship.

Hi! I know the title is a little bit confusing so let me make it clear.
I am selling an account for a certein game, the only thing i have to do is to send the buyer the account's details.
This is the first time i'm using ebay for selling and I didn't know what to do, so I chose the shipping option.

The problem is that I heard you get some on the payment only after shipping and the buyer can say that I didn't ship it and ask for refund, is there anything I can do to solve the problem? (I don't want to change it to local pickup because I want to keep the "buy it now option" on)

There's a reason you're confused and it has everything to do with digital delivery. You should probably read up on the rules before you get suspended, or do sell it and end up losing it.

Selling an account for what?

I doubt under many games' rules you are allowed to do that.

Depending on the game it's illegal to sell the account on-line much less on eBay.

IF it's legal  sell (on-line or eBay) as a digital item it's supposed to be set up as a classified listing, and those are usually 9.95* per month.

IF you sell it as a regular listing you have a very good chance of:
a: the buyer claiming they did not get the item and because of the way you set it up they will win the claim, and you will lose your money.
b: the game finding out you sold it and getting perma banned from that game
c: eBay catching you and pulling the listing
d: eBay perma banning you from selling on eBay ever again

I hate photobucket right now... PS Answers given years ago may or may not be current now, please check with current posters to the boards to see if the information is still relevant.
