I'm living hands to mouth and want to raise the living standard of my family. eBay is the only platform that can help me. So it's my humble request to eBay plz convert my buyer account into seller.I will pay you as soon as my store 

Starts growing.I hope you would not disappoint me .I'm waiting for a positive response.Thank you eBay

No clue. My account was never a "buyer" account or "seller" account. Either you are confused or are experiencing something different than most of us are.

Also have no clue what you mean "i will start paying you as soon as my store starts growing."

You will pay them the first sale you make and every sale from then on.

It says this account is newly registered in Pakistan?

Go to your Buyer account - go to the drop down menu on the right side (top).

Choose, Selling and then click thru to  register and start selling!
