If I am selling an item and they make an offer lower than my fix amount do they still have to pay shipping charges in top of the offer since I have stated on the item that buyer must pay shipping cost. Please only respond if you have actually sold an item this way. No assumptions please.

If a shipping price is listed they also pay that extra to the offer.
In other words:
if you offer free shipping you pay from the amount of the offer,
other wise the buyer still pay for shipping on top of the offer..

Yes, as long as your shipping charges are separate, that is you are NOT providing free shipping, then the offer will not effect the shipping charges. Also, the buyer will see the full charges before sending payment.
