PLR stands for what exactly? Are they real books with ISBN numbers? Then yes, most likely. If they are not, then probably not.

Not unless you own the rights to sell and distribute the digital books. Private label rights, or PLR, products are created by someone who then licenses most of their rights in the work to other people to resell.

Have you read the digital item policy and been approved to sell digital items?

if you have to ask this on the boards most likly the awnser is No.
Also as stated the right to even transfer such can be protected by the rights owner of such. Find your self getting sued for selling such and possible jail time.... Just saying.

Many plr products sell with commercial rights. That means you can sell them. It is best to alter them in some way to stand out. I imagine any -problems coming from ebay because they don't understand - but not the law.
Here is an offer just received : "Full PLR Rights: Sell, distribute, and make a fortune from your work."
I don't know about the fortune part , but plr products are something you can purchases. I don't think you can sell digital products on ebay (might be wrong) but you should be able to purchase plr photos - alter them slightly and plunk them on a mug or a tee-shirt. Do more research - PLR - print on demand , you can call the provider - like Printful and they should know about integration.
This is different than me taking a picture from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series (which I would really love to do) and plunking it on a T-shirt to sell.

That is not true. New development comes up every year. And people should not be afraid to ask questions on the forums.
