Selling limits

Hi,

I saw last month and previous month a error  in calculation of selling limits.

for example In my Seller Hub overview says:
1. 5,907 listed and sold / 80,000 limit on quantity of items
2. $79,947.32 listed and sold / $250,000.00 limit

but this month I have 0 active items and 1 sold item for 19 USD.

so the right is:
1. 1 listed and sold / 80,000 limit on quantity of items
2. $19 listed and sold / $250,000.00 limit

I contact with eBay and they say that "limits got adjusted with the listings which you have ended from your side." (I have close many listings)

But as I know only active and sold items count (not ended listings).

Can anyone help me?

If you had listings that were listed (relisted) in the month..............those would count even if you ended them........

Your other items were probably listed in March. Therefore, once their individual 30 day cycle finished up, the ebay system will automatically relist the item & your quantity listed total will increase. Unless you have 80,000 items about to reset, then you should be OK.
