Selling limits

Hello my name is Cosmin an maybe someone can help me with my issue.

I want to post one auction but ebay dont let me to make this and appear this message: Request higher selling limits.

I want to mention is my only and firts auction after 2-3 year.

Is only 1 auction with multiple variants.

I am thinking that they may be counting the "multiple variants" as more than one listing.  If it is more than three things in that listing it is not going to work.  I am not certain though since I never used a listing with multiple variations, nor ever had any limits that eBay let me see. 

Do you have a listing you can try that only has ONE item?  

What happens when you click on the button to verify/continue?

I have 2 variants, i sell bird rings and i have 14 dimmensions, but i have to appear only 2 let me show you on a print screen. Is one product with 14 different dimension let me show you on a print screen:

I really don't know how to advise you.  Hopefully, someone else that know about that type of listing can help.  Don't give up yet.   I do not know what the rules might be in your country, but this is from the US site (where you are now).  It might help to give you some information:

You are being treated as a new seller so you have listing limits.

If you only have 3 left, that's all you can list.

Each variation is counted as 1 item.

If you try to list 14 variations, that counts as 14 items.

Is just 2 variations, a variation have 14 items and other 5 items. Take a look down

If you're trying to list 2 items with 14 variations, each variation is considered an item.

If you have 3 left for this month, you can list 1 item, with 3 different variations (sizes).

What happens when you check Verify through Customer Support and then press continue?  Have you joined managed payments?
