Hello folks. I have just set up my account as a seller, and I am surprised that I have 0 listings available. When I request for an increase, I get a message that I am not eligible for a limit increase. Can someone please explain why this is happening?

New sellers are subjected to holding of funds until ALL three conditions are met:
I have not seen any where before when a new seller has NO listings available.
Have you set up your selling account correctly?
Have you signed up for MP and provided ebay with your check account details, SSN and other documents required to sell here?

Yes I have successfully set up my seller profile and provided all the details needed. Is there any way I can contact ebay customer support by email?

You'll get much better and more accurate information from other sellers on this forum. Just type in what questions you still have and folks will provide you the best guidance. Best of luck to you....

Does anyone else know what could be the problem and how to solve it?
