There are monthly limits for new selling accounts. Just keep selling. It will be increased when you put in the time and have more sales.

New sellers have limits and until you make more sales & prove yourself to be a good seller, they will stay limited. You can ask for an increase every 30 days, but it's not guaranteed eBay will say yes.
Hang in there and Happy Selling

New seller limits
Little feedback.
Are your orders reaching the buyers in a timely manner?
International sellers shipping to the US are graded on delivery times and may be barred from offering product in to the US.

Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
Oops! Wrong boilerplate.

It's the amount of $$ you sell or the amount of listings you can create, which ever one comes first. Since you've exceeded the amount of items you can list, you won't be eligible to sell more items probably until next month. By the way, good job on your sales. The month is almost over, it will go quick.
Good luck

Wait! Signing up for a Store subscription will have no effect on your listing limits.
And it's a listing limit, not a selling limit. Here's the basic Help page about limits, which might give you more insight into how this works.
