You can try to go into the Selling tab under "My eBay" and at the bottom there will be "Monthly Limits" on the lower right. There's a link for "Request to list more." Because you are a pretty new account, you might have to sell with what your limit says for a while unfortunately.

Just looked at your feedback, those 2 negatives feedback just this month. You will need to improve those scores; don't matter why they are there but it put your feedback down to 90%. That will need improving up to 100% for a few months before even thinking about asking for an increase.

In addition to what redmodelt said, you need to hold off on the aggressive replies to those negs.
Remember, other buyers will read those and I for one would not purchase from you as it looks like you will not accept responsibilty for any issues with your items.

You're selling digital items which is a no no. Don't be surprised if ebay addresses this with you and restricts or suspends your account.

Were you approved to sell digital items?
Selling items you don't own will probably get you suspended before they raise your limits.

don't own? LMAO k so you don't see 999 other sellers selling digital items?

k so you don't see 999 other sellers selling digital items bro? 💀

Ebay is cracking down. Do yourself a favor before you get suspended and end the digital listing you have up for sale. Just because others are selling those, doesn't make it right or legal. They'll all get caught eventually. Sell something else. People here know what they're talking about. Don't take it personal. They're trying to help you.

Best you take the advice of those who are trying to help you. End that listing, "BRO."

Ya, we see them selling them all the time, but they don't own them either.

I see the same as the others that are providing advice.
I would not rely on income from eBay when selling the items you are. It can come to a screeching halt at anytime with no recourse to return to eBay as a seller. Good luck.
